Charitable Solutions, LLC provides charitable intermediary services that allow non-profit organizations to readily accept donations of illiquid assets from real estate to limited partnerships to collections of great art. In tandem with Dechomai Foundation, Inc., Charitable Solutions, LLC has put together an end-to-end solution that allows other non-profits to outsource the acceptance, administration and sale of illiquid assets as well as the associated risks. Donors donate the illiquid asset to Dechomai, the asset is properly administered and liquidated and the resulting net proceeds from the sale are granted back to the originating charity.
